The last thing you need when hitting the town in your cutoffs, minis, and rompers is dry, flaky, haven’t-seen-the-sun-in-months skin.
So, get your gams glamed up for spring with these 3 easy steps…
Step 1- Exfoliate
One of my favorite ways to exfoliate is with a homemade body scrub. But if you don’t have time for a scrub, I also love to use exfoliating gloves. They’re really easy to use and perfect for traveling, too!
Step 2- Bronze
For a golden glow, I’m a big fan of products that combine regular lotion with sunless tanner, like Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer (Target & Walmart also have their own version). Applied daily, they will give you gorgeous color, gradually. I prefer this over regular sunless tanners because you have more control over your color and avoid the look of being pale one day and super dark the next!
But if you need glowing skin now, go for a bronzing lotion. This Bronzing Argan Moisturizer (LOVE Joie Maran products!) will give you color and nourish your skin. Or try a bronzing body mist that sprays on for an airbrushed look (no tanner on the hands!).
Step 3- Luminize
So, you know how we use highlighter on our faces to add a little extra glow? Put that luminous sheen on your legs too!
Want to look instantly taller? Whether you use cream or powder ( I like Josie Maran’s Argan Illuminizer) try applying the highlighter just down the front/center of your legs. The eye will instantly be drawn to this lighter area, giving you the look of longer legs!
Now get out there & show off those legs!!
